FAQs
Openers Questions
Do new openers in your city need a battery backup?
Yes. California law (SB 969) requires a battery backup on every newly installed residential garage door opener, and every opener we install in your city includes one.
Should I repair or replace my opener?
If it's under ten years old and the motor is fine, a repair is usually the better value. We'll show you both prices.
Why does my door go back up before it closes?
Most often the safety sensors are dirty or out of line. It can also be the force setting. We check both.
